Australia Pacific Management & Training in Fiji has launched new initiatives in the fields of education and training with the support of key government departments and ministries. Working closely with the authorities, APMT is involved in setting up of training facilities, introducing programs such as LARS (Life After Rugby & Sports) to support Fijian sports stars as well Study Pacific – a unique project to help Fiji become an international education destination.
Life After Rugby & Sports
The LARS Program by APMT is designed to equip rugby players and athletes with practical skills and certifications to launch new careers after their playing days are over.
With Fiji’s strong rugby culture, the LARS program supports young student rugby players as well as professionals close to retirement by helping them learn in-demand employable skills.
Under LARS, APMT provides tailored vocational courses in areas like fitness training, sports management, IT hospitality, and trades – short-term, hands-on courses which enable athletes to quickly adapt to civilian careers, offering a stable future while harnessing the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills gained on the field.

Study Pacific by APMT is a unique pioneering initiative aimed to offer international students a one-stop solution to pursue education in Fiji Islands, to be followed by other pacific nations in the future. With strong partnerships across the region, Study Pacific connects overseas students with top universities in Fiji, simplifying the process of selecting the best institution to meet their academic goals and budget.
